one day you are playing and the game freezes, so you turn it off then back on only to find a red ring. Or sometimes it goes straight to red ring. They call it "general hardware failure" who really knows whats wrong with it lol

mine did the same thing... and i have 2 360s so i had to send one in... then i got a new one while that one was in... so i had a month free right? and i thought i could use it on my new one because i didnt think the new one would get the ROD so i put in my free month... then i had to restart to connect to my network... then i got the ROD! ugh that was bad! lol but i have my xbox's back now so its ok... but i feel for anyone who gets the ROD!!! it sux!

i a mgetting the same thing now with my xbox all u have 2 do is reboot the hard ware it did that 2 me in my first 5 months my friend came over reboted it and it was fixed it was not that hard :D

og no mine is doing it again i am very sad but guses what i just rebboted it and it is ok again yea but it is still Crashing :(
